ABOUT US

In 2006, the Credit Union Employee Healthcare Pool was launched. Credit Unions were facing challenges with inconsistencies in renewal rates, network stability with hospitals and doctors as well as the unknown landscape of healthcare reform.

 

The CUEHP has consistently been the pace setter among like-kind, partially self-funded health plans in Utah. In addition, many attributes of the Affordable Care Act are embedded within the CUEHP.

OUR VISION

The Credit Union Employee Healthcare Pool offers employee healthcare services exclusively to credit unions by pooling risk into a partially self-funded health plan.

 

Through effective pooling and underwriting, our member credit unions reduce healthcare expenses, improve carrier performance and meet regulatory requirements by delivering quality network and physician options at negotiated rates.
