Trustee Board Role and Responsibility:

The healthcare industry requires governance from within. While external factors get the headlines, insuring our credit union employees and family members get the best services through the best delivery channels is achieved through our Board of Trustees.

 

Trustee Board members bring depth and knowledge of expertise to make substantial contributions. Trustee Board members provide guidance in establishing accountability, and in doing so, play a key role in influencing care delivery.

 

Health care experience performance is often overlooked. However, our Trustee Board is activity engaged, maximizing trustee involvement, fostering a sense of purpose and support. These experiences are composed of countless interactions to demonstrate excellence as both a place to practice and work and for credit union employees and their families. 

 

For trustees, it is necessary to grasp the baseline of the health care performance within the network platforms, third party administrators and medical professionals and to recognize how enhancing these services with a rapidly changing environment is the best for our members; thus, these interactions will align with the mission, vision and values of the Credit Union Employee Healthcare Pool.
